• Estimated times of arrival given by company dispatch to customers are the most accurate possible. You will never be given a false ETA in order to retain your business.

• Please call at least three hours in advance to schedule your reservation.

• New customers are required to pay before service is provided.  For all subsequent trips, you have the option to pay upon arrival to your destination.

• You will be notified by call or text message 12-24 hours in advance of your scheduled reservation to reconfirm.  To guarantee service, please respond to reconfirmation notifications.

• Payments made by phone cannot be refunded without proper notice of reservation cancellation.

• Vehicle operation and route navigation is at the discretion of the driver, who relies on a combination of prior experience and GPS.

• The driver is not responsible for any lost items.
